It was caught in California, looks like I-5.

I read the caption, it was near Palm Springs and on the right is a black one up ahead but can't see much of it.

Should have sped up and took more shots, or even a vid if a smartphone...then catch up to the black one ahead. What's wrong you Paul?!

Really like that blue. I currently have an Aqua Blue Camaro that is similar and that color looks great in the sun.

Yep, GM owns a huge swath of roads in the Proving Grounds inside of a military base. The perfect location to test out in the open and nobody to see.
