That GT500 video looks like it's from a video game. The speedo looks CG and not real. I could be wrong...
I don't think there is indepedent testing proof of a stock 2013-'14 GT500 hitting 200 MPH. I believe Ford's claim of 202 MPH but it would be nice for them to post a video to show proof. This isn't alot to ask for today (cameras seem to be everywhere today).

Who really cares. I don't know anywhere that you can legally drive 200mph in the us.

There isn't a video of a stock GT500 hitting 200, but I don't think the one in the video was stock. Either way, that vid sucked. I don't care about looking at just a speedo. I love that ZL1 video though. That thing is amazing. That guy also had some vids from the Texas Mile and he looks like he hits close to 200mph there. Definitely not stock, and definitely not CG.

Good point. I should have specified on the streets of America where most of these cars are purchased to be used on.

For me the ZL1 is more about handling and set you back in your seat performance than top speed. Top speed never really mattered to me. Now if I lived in Germany, then I would want a car that would kick top speed ass.

I do it on the streets in Nevada from time to time. Perfectly legally too. Cops just watch in awe. It is fun to just go flat out on the highway.

I need to come out for one of those events one of these years, I just want to get 1. enough power to go as fast as some of the cars there and 2. A front bumper that is not just for aesthetics that won't disintegrate and 180mph+
