From what I saw there are catches on both sides of the rear inside to store a roof panel.

Dual top cars are shipped with one top on the roof, the other latched in the cargo area, using the same latch points you would use when cruising around with the top off. Note that you will not be able to have both roof panels latched in the cargo area at the same time! To store the second top in the garage at first will likely just be wrapping it with a blanket or such, and tucking it in a safe spot. Within a few short weeks the aftermarket will step up with specially designed storage bags and top racks than mount flat to a wall. The racks are currently available for C5 & C6, so C7 won't be long.
'74 Stingray coupe, heavily modified, as seen in August 2011 VETTE magazine, 2014 Stingray Z51 #196, ordered 02/11/13, built 08/29/13, Museum Delivery 10/04/13, driven daily!
