Just wanted to post a quick THANK YOU to whom ever the powers that be for finally getting the website back up and running smoothly again!! Iy's been really nice lately to be able to chat, and share and be able to access all the knowledge available WITHOUT any issues!! Rock on, and thanks..

I'm not sure about anyone else, but this is NOT the case for me. This site is running very slow. Most times you click on a forum or a thread and it takes up to 5-10 seconds or longer to load. It happens to me constantly and it's not just my home network. It happens at home, it happens at work, it happens on my mobile when on the mobile network. So it is definitely the site. I'm a member of other forums and they never have this problem. This site is like barely useable if you ask me. Frustrating.

lol. Yeah it's funny you posted this, because I was going to come back on and appologize for jinxing us!! A couple days ago mine was working really good, then I posted this message thanking them, and then all of a sudden the last two days, BAMMM, it started messing up again big time!! Very slow and quite a PITA to do anything!! Oh well, back to how it was.

Agreed, it takes about 20 seconds to load some threads in here for me and has for some time.

Yep, I came out here to see if anyone else posted on this thread. It took over 20 seconds to load the site, another 20+ seconds to load the thread, then another 10 + seconds to quote your post to respond. This site is simply a big fuc&^^% joke.

"Site down to make some changes"... Well guess what... It didn't help. Not sure what changes you were making, but here's a thought... Fix the performance issues...

Whatever they did cut my wait down to 5 seconds to load instead of 20

I have noticed "some" load times are better, but I certainly have still got wait times 10-20+ seconds... I'm on the edge of just ditching coming to this forum. The only problem is there really isn't any alternative. It's this or no Camaro community really at all. (I'm not a FB user so that isn't an option). It's just sad, this site always seems to have issues. I'm on other forums and that just is not the case.

For sure, also on FB you aren't missing much. Not much of a community feel just for sale ads mostly. Between the spam posts and this issue is certainly to turn a few away, I just hope I don't get to that point.

Ya, I'm on the fence with two legs hanging over the "just forget about the forum side of the fence". Just haven't hopped off the fence and ran yet. Getting close.

I just tried to load this thread in the general forum

Strange noise after stop (one owner, 19k miles)

29 seconds to load it.

Whatever they did, didn't fix anything

Something got better....Site hauls ass now....Glad it wasn't just me. I almost preferred it to not run at all instead of taking forever to load or whatever...lol...Hope it stays good for a while...peace....
