Were doing this on a Saturday to let everyone stay and enjoy themselves I know a few people wanted to come up and camp out on friday. Thats fine with the club I will be there all nite. Theres also hotels 2 miles up the road on memorial drive in chicooee. The food situation is taken care of we have a bigger grill to cook more burgers and dogs and more help. Also have two other grills for people to use for cooking there steaks or other food they bring we have pot burners if you want to steam clams. There will be a door prize also 50/50 raffle and other raffles. Balise chevrolet is bring down 2 cars this year. There will be volley ball and horse shoes. Were also doing trophys same format like last year but will have the models seperated on the field to make it fair for everyone. Some people that did the voting could not differate the models. Theres also going to be a filthy phil award this year for 2017 and every year after. We had 69 camaros last year lets see if we can make this one even bigger. Last year was a learning curve. We can make this one even bigger and better with everyones imput.Thank You Joe

Not doing the Nationals this year in Maryland so will let yah know.(If I'm not trackin)

Please take the poll on this thread . I want to make this show feasable and enjoyable for everybody. We will have 3 flavors of pulled pork ,(smoked) also potato salad, bacon, corn on the cob. Burgers and dogs beverages. What ever day gets the most votes is the day we will do it on. I do not want to over buy on the food so please sign up early so we can plan on the budget for this year. The turn out was great last year but my planning lacked a little with the grill situation. Not this year thats all set just need to know how many oregon club members I need to help me out. This is a day for you guys to come out and enjoy the day with your family and friends. We have seven acres up top. There will be horseshoes and volleyball for recaration. All this takes place away from car field so don't worry about cars. With this going on also would like to know what kind of music you like to hear so we can plan that too. If you have any ideas or sugestions please post them. I want to hear them all.

I would prefer Saturday but no matter whochndaynitnisnill be there. Put me down for me and one passenger for now. I'll probably have more people but I'll have to ask around. Last year I brought kan jam and I plan to bring it again this year for everyone to use. And just so everyone knows...you can fit a 10 foot pop up canopy in the trunk of our cars. All I had to do was put the back seat down, slide it in from the back of the trunk and turn it into the trunk. Obviously different tents might collapse to different sizes but it can be done! When I brought the tent I also had 2 beach chairs and then jam jam setup + a bunch of other junk in the trunk. I was surprised at how much actually fits.
