We use a Fragola -6 bulkhead fitting.

Pulling the tank to install the bulkhead is still a 1/4 of the work it is to install an in-tank set up like a Fore twin or triple.

Yes. The DSX pump can be used either way.

Hey Mike, Can you elaborate on why the in-tank pump is 3X the work for the AUX? Assuming you need to either drop the tank, or cut an access panel for either?

Fore setup is a return style system and designed for big power. So you’re adding pump controller, bigger fuel line, return line, regulator, Hobbs switch to activate pumps 2 & 3, etc. And they don’t give you brackets, heat shielding, etc. It was a healthy amount of work for the new Fore system to go in. If a shop bangs that out in a day it will not be a nice install lol…

This is the correct answer. It's a LOT of work to install a Fore kit cleanly.

The DSX kits are pretty plug and play other than drilling the tank. Much quicker install.

I went Crawford and am still collecting other parts Josh. Was going to go with his triples (Fore) as I am wanting to be safe to 1100 on full E for my + size 4wd girl. I appreciate the info because maybe I need to consider other options? Thoughts? Not doing it myself. Thanks!

The Fore System? 1,000+ with the dual and 1,500+ with the triple.

If you’re going to go through the Fore install you should definitely do the triple pump. The install is virtually the same as the dual so why limit yourself. Run the big -10AN supply and a -8AN return. Order up a bunch of top quality heat sleeve material so that you can protect the lines appropriately (on our cars it gets tight, not sure about your truck). My shop took the time to make a nice stainless bracket for the filter assembly since Fore doesn’t really give you much for that kind of stuff. Make sure you add the remote pressure sensor onto the filter assembly so it’ll report fuel pressure back to your ECM like stock, and add flex fuel sensor fittings as you’ll need to put that into the return line (sensor is too small to go into the supply). Just my 2 cents.

Low-Mid 700's on full E85. You'll need 30% injectors as well.
