I don't understand the attraction to alcantara either. It's a fashion thing, and like fashion, the trendier it is, the faster it goes out of style. Alcantara feels terrible in my hands, like a big piece of mouse fur, soaking up my hand oils and dirt, on its way to getting matted and grimy.

I prefer traditional leather, and changed out my steering wheel and all my door cards to get rid of the alcantara.

I love the design of the steering wheel but yes, I’m not a fan of alcantera either. That’s why I opted for the carbon fiber dash. Lessens the amount of that crap all over the interior.

Which dealership? My car is going to Denton, TX. Next time, ask the dealer to take a pic of the complete transport.

I always cry a lil’ bit when people “want” automatic transmissions when we have a kickass M6 available…but I get it, it’s fast……

I have always gone with manuals when I could. The A10 has been touted as one of the best torque converter automatics to have been built to date. I just couldn't pass it up. So far it has been awesome. I am 100% happy with my decision. If I want to shift gears I can pull out my 2002 WS6 any time I feel like it.

One of my favorite cars, I had a white WS6, we built a 395 stroker for it. Car still runs and drives today.
