Stage II D1X ProCharger Install and Tuning?

I ordered a Stage II D1X ProCharger which should be here in a week.

My questions are:

How long does it usually take to install for the guy with no garage in his driveway?

And...

Who is the best engine / trans dyno tuner out there, not for HP bragging rights but for making a tune for longevity, and street and strip driveability?

I don’t want my trans broke in 2 days or a grenaded engine a week after the install!

What pulley are you using and what other mods do you have in your car.
Are you going to have E85 or with a meth kit to lower the IAT ?

All of that are things to consider for the tuning so that you don't grenade your engine or trans.
Oh also a fuel pump or a BAP with your current fuel pump.

I'm going to run pump 93 until I get a DSX Aux Fuel Pump Kit: https://dsxtuning.com/collections/au...nt=58596002379

Then I'll run E85 100% of the time.

Never looked in to a meth kit. Link to a setup for a 2010 5th gen SS?

I run a ZL1 pump and ID850 injectors now..... I'm already out of pump on E85 when I get on it hard.

I don't have a link but I have a AEM meth kit with a single nozzle that is good
(I haven't installed it yet.)
I am waiting cause I want to build a 416ci stroker.

I think the ID850 will not be enough to run E85.
I want to run E85 and meth as well so I got ID1050x.

Let me know who the D1x runs.
I have it as well at home along with a bunch of other goodies for the car.

Congrats! Vengeance Racing Vengeance PCM in GA. Love the D1X. Nice Conservative Street Tune Haven’t went E85 yet. May do the Sensor and Retune it same time 1/2 Mile Safety Equip is Installed this Winter.

Got the install lined up.

Friend of mine is going to do the D1X install and replace the trans speed sensors for $400.00!

You will be out of DC with 850 and E85 you need at least ID 1300.

Yeah, and I hate that.

I had planed to stay n/a.

So I got to re-buy injectors to run E85 and get more fuel pump.

That's about another $3k altogether.

Nice it looks like some good progress being made there and also I have a agp tt car, I run e85 fine with my aug 850 injectors, but my lingerfelter twin pump with a msd bap is at its edge, but on that note really 1k's are the minimum I would recommend on e85

oh man

anymore goodies you are going to add with this D1x ?

I agree in regards to going with E85. At the very least you would need 1000cc injectors. Try to see if you can sell your smaller injectors so that you can run E85 properly.
