usually mini champs, auto art, or kyosho have very good quality ones for around $100. I try to avoid some of the cheaper brands like hot wheels or maisto, but they will do if nobody else makes one

Yeah... if AUTOart made a 1:18 scale ZL1, I'd jump at a chance to get one.
The one advertised is a Pre-Order for a Summer release at 300 quatloos. That's pretty steep for a "resin" model that isn't even in stock. Kind of KOOL, nonetheless. |

If it had an exposed CF Hood Extractor, current ZL1 grill, a HydraMatic & a dark grey stripe, I might be tempted. Close but no cigar!

While 1:18's are a pet pieve of mine, the price tag of this one is a bit much. If my prediction of me owning a zl1 comes true, then I may eventually need to pick up this bad boy diecast.......at a discount of course.
