Never enough whine. My ZL1 factory blower is too quiet. I wish I could make it louder.

With proper tuning 10 Psi is plenty safe and you always have the option of the 3.8

Thanks Ted, picked up your JRE tensioner, belt and OD cog kit. My tuner thinks I should be ok without a boost a pump. thanks for the help and your product.

It is unlikely you will be OK without a boost a pump have you seen my video explaining why?

I just pulled my Kenne Bell blower and going twin turbo. The car is a l99 and has everything deleted except for the vvt cam. It has a vvt blower cam in it now so was wondering if it’s worth pulling the cam and doing the Ls3 conversion since the tranny will be the limiting factor. Or should I just leave the cam in it until I do drive train and forged motor thanks for the help

Without knowing your entire build now and what you are adding your power goal, current cam specs and your budget It would be hard to make a recommendation

Ted, you used to be high on Dynatech cats for high hp builds. Now that more time has passed, is this still the case? Any failures or issues? At what hp level would they no longer be viable?

The success rate is far better than other aftermarket cats and normal dynatech cats but in high horsepower or racing situations we have seen some random failures.

The next best thing is Kooks Green cats which we now carry.

Ted.

Ted,
I have a LS3 with a whipple, CAI, ZL1 fuel pump, long tube headers, cat delete, 3" exhaust.... looking for a blower cam that will compliment my setup. Was thinking about the TSP stage 2 blower cam. What would you recommend?

Well, it's been almost 3 years since this post.... is this still your recommendation? After my somewhat limited research, the SLP kit really seems to be the way I'm leaning for my 1LE. I'm hoping to get to around 550-600 whp as cheap, reliable, and easy-to-install as possible. I've never installed a S/C before but after going through the directions, it looks fairly simple... especially compared to the LSA conversion. Should I be worried that they have been discontinued though? Do you think parts availability and support will be a problem in the future? Are there any other comparable options out there now that are in a similar price range and as easy to install? Thanks

Off road pipes or Kooks Green cats if you have to run cats.

Ted-

I have working on my ProCharger and getting close to the end and wanted to make sure that I had everything captured that I would need to do. Currently setup for 10 – 12 pounds of boost to run on 93 gas. Let me know if I need anything further. Thanks for the help!!

Here are my current MODs:

· Cam: 228/234 .629”/.629” 114 LSA +4 advance
· Holley Efi Fuel Rails High-Flow (#510-534-210)
· Dyno Tuned (for cam upgrade)

Parts bought for the ProCharger Installation:
§ ProCharger P1X (setup for 10-12#)
§ Squash dual pump Fuel system
§ Injector Dynamics ID1050 injectors
§ NGK BR7EF sparkplugs
§ RX DUAL VALVE CATCH CAN

§ SCT X4 Handheld Tuner (will need to get tune from you)
§ Firewire Cable for SCT X4
