That picture was taken by NCM and on their facebook page, it appears there were around 280 C7s in that picture which was more than likely taken Thursday/Friday between 11:30am 1:00pm.

I guess we could count them...to me it looks like about 30-50 are not in the rows....so I agree with that 200-300 estimate.......

If they ramp up production to their max potentionial number then it would make it possible to see shipment as early as Monday the 9th if they don't and stay low then the earlier would be the 16th but I believe that shipping will start Thursday the 12th just my guess

Oh….I don’t have Facebook, so thanks.
It’s really exciting to see all those (albeit not that many) cars on the lot. I tried looking for mine, like a father standing at the window looking at his newborn, and it’s impossible to find.

I just mailed this pic to a General manager of one of the largest Chevy dealers in the nation - his comment was .."I'll bet they are Bob Bondurant cars"....

You have too much time on your hands.

Now here is a rumor that cars going West could be shipped by rail, actually a individual whos car is produced was told this by his dealer. there has not been shipments of Corvettes by rail since the C3, further more they would have needed to repair the rail line going to the plant and finally that would increase the chances for damage loading on train then off loading on to truck to the final destination.

Now I was told this, have no official source and thought Jack Cooper transport had the contract to deliver all in the US. Has anyone heard this, I don't believe it but stranger things have happened.

I do not see that happening. I do not think the rail line even goes around to the staging area. But, as noted, in our world of strange things happenings, anything can happen.

But since the world of automotive production rarely has unfounded rumors, it must be true! Mwahahaha!

Thank you for the information! Where do you find the vin numbers?

production getting moving in earnest, that will change -

all you can do for now is hang in there
Thank you Becky. I shall try this hanging in there, since I have no other options.
