Apex Arc-8 on ZL1 1LE ?

I'd love to hear from ZL1 1LE owners about fitment. I don't want to lose my "poke".

I'm interesting in buying these for my street tire and saving the oem wheels for track tires (or maybe winter/summer swap).

Anyone bend an apex wheel?

Why not go with BC Forged? There’re a number of ZLEs running them and they ship in 6 weeks or less.

There are a few BC Forged wheels I like but they're twice the price...

I ran Apex on my gt500 for track wheels and never had a problem. They are a really popular wheel with track cars, BMW, Porsche, mustang and Camaro. the price is great and so is the service.

I think they look pretty good on the ZLE. They should fit the exact same as the oem because they are the same width & offsets. I don’t think you would have any issues running them as a street setup

These are exact OEM specs so there is no reason to believe they won't fit properly. A friend of mine is expecting a set soon, will follow up with his results if he doesn't first.

Waiting on my set. I ordered in factory spec for ZLE. Apex is very popular in the BMW community and people track these wheels often.

Waiting on a set from the group-buy, last I heard they were expecting end of August or early September.

+1 Excited to see the finished product

but like others have said not happy about the delays. I got one track day on my fronts an rears. I have a two day event this weekend and definitely worried the fronts are not going to make it to Sunday afternoon. Sure would've been nice to bring another set of wheels!

You can always bring extra front tires and have them mounted when the fronts cord. If the track doesnt have a tire shop on the weekend, find a tire shop nearby. I've done it at track (Buttonwillow) and nearby (ACS Fontana).

Not as good as having a second set but I'm in the same boat, been waiting for APEX 19s but I may go with BC Forged 18s in 11F/12R. Many more affordable options for slicks in 18. APEX doesnt have an 18" wheel in 12" width.
