Scott Drake Strut Covers

Has anyone used these? Feedback appreciated.

It doesn't look like they would cause any of the rubbing or noise issues I've been reading about, but I can't seem to find where anyone has used these exact ones.

Yeah they look great, and the design and install seems to be well thought out.

I'll post in the cosmetics section if I don't get any responses here. Thanks,

They look great and are easy to install. I installed the alum finish on my '10 SS no problem but when I installed them on my '12 vert SS they would rub on the underside of my Trufiber hood when I turned. I put them on for car shows only now. It clears the stock hood easily. It also clears the Siebon hood on my coupe. So I guess what I'm saying is if you have an aftermarket hood it might be a tight fit.

I have the black ones. No problems after 10k miles. Still look new. Fit great.

Thanks for the input, guys. I really haven't done anything for aesthetics under the hood - yet. I really like these, but I just made a few deals on some other parts that I had my eye on so I'll keep these on the "to-do" list.
