LSA conversion results

Hey guys, recently got my car back after doing an LSA conversion. I just wanted to post my results in case anyone is looking into doing one. Also to help anyone else interested I’ll post roughly how much everything cost me.

The kit came with pretty much everything needed including a breakout harness to pull IAT’s at the blower. All we needed was a belt and coolant hose. I did upgrade a few things too.

I bought the kit through boost district with FID 1000cc & their upgraded heat exchanger for 5,000
Aux fuel system 1,000
Pierberg intercooler pump 389
Synergy intercooler tank 525
Innovative west 10% lower 550
Innovative west pin kit 75
Grip tech 2.50 upper 200
Might mouse 353
Flex fuel kit 250
Reinforced brick 100
NGK tr7ix 73
91 and E 85 tune 750
Labor 2200

Previous mods-
LS3 conversion TSP stage 2 cam
Circle D 3200 stall HP series
Ported and milled .015 LS3 heads
FBO’s

The car is Pretty awesome now, this is my first time owning anything boosted!

Car made 685/613 on E & 610/571 on 91.

Did you drill the holes to make access to the rear lid bolts easier?

Yes, it’s pretty clean you’d never know unless you were looking for it.
And thank you it turned out well.

Nice!

I didn’t have to drill for the back bolts. I’ve had mine off several times and now I just lower the cradle just enough.

Congrats!

That’s a good idea too. I’ll be pulling it off at some point I’m sure to get ported and maybe the 3 belt system like you got.

You are about half way between Vegas and Phoenix. Do you have plans to run it when the weather cools down? Which track would you go to?

Vegas is just a bit closer, I’ll be headed your way for sure. Hopefully nothing gets shut down.

Let me know, but don't waste your time at Midnight Mayhem events. They don't prep for those. Only do TNT or actual racing events. I'm hoping to get back down in the 9s once it cools down.

How do you like the TSP cam? I did my LSA conversion and cam is next. Debating on brand and stage 2 or 3.

I love the cam, my car sounds knarley. I have a NA cam tho. The tsp stage 2 is bigger than the BTR stage 3 if comparing those two companies. For the TSP NA cams. The stage 3 only makes 4 more hp than the stage 2, that’s why I chose this one. Since you already have the blower I’d get their stage 3 blower cam, or call them and say you want the nastiest PD cam they can make.

I’ll definitely let you know when I’m heading to the track.
