Bose Audio Pilot
Has anyone tried the active noise cancelling feature of the Bose Audio System. From what I have read, it's supposed to cancel out some of the wind, tire and road noise. Does it actually work, how effective is it and does it detract from the audio quality when in use?
Thanks in advance for your input. |

I find it to be a sophisticated volume level for the car depending on road speed - it's subtle....i keep it on..it does not "cancel" anything...it brings up hte volume when parts of the music may be masked by road sounds..google "bose audiopilot" for a good explanation...

Can't tell it working
Have it turned on but cannot detect any change in volume with increase in road noise!

When I had a C5, it worked very well, raising the audio level when wind noise was high.
When I had a C6 there was very little effect. Since I've only had my C7 since Wednesday, I don't know about it yet. |
