I guess I'm not surprised at the consensus on the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S. I drove GTRs from 2013 to June of this year when I bought this 1LE and, after quickly going thru the stock Bridgestone's, I only drove the 4S.

I have to wonder why Chev put the "slippery" SCR3 on the 1LE because most people will expect to drive it daily and rarely go to either a road or drag track.

They want lap times. Same reason the PP2 Mustang comes with Cup 2s

Those are what i have on my car for winter, they are all season tires. The DWS06 means dry, wets, snow. But they're about the best performing all season tire out there while still doing decent in the snow, at least in my opinion.
