Trans is 100% done. All that's left is to wire the transducers the rest of the way. Instead of pinning them in 1 at a time I'll just use a multimeter and use that to verify pressures on the calibration tables that got sent with the sensors.
You can see how tight everything is down there.

What stand alone did you end up with and why did you delete the BCM?

Trans install is 100% done. Rear seal and pinion seal are leak free as of now. I'm still having the jerky transbrake issue which I only caught as it uses the transbrake to activate reverse as well.
Tracked it down to wiring. While running, with the transbrake button pressed the computer showed the button never got released, so I knew it wasn't the computer. With a 12 volt tester and the tbrake button held it would flicker every so often. Disabling the bump button, it held without issue... All the steering wheel wiring goes into a single 6 pin connector. I unplugged this, and plugged it back in then none of it worked. I will be going back to hardwiring all of this in and it should resolve all my issues https://www.efisource.com/wp/shop/8x...7qqR8mOaVvHZpM They just came out with this today, after speaking with them I went ahead and ordered one Edit: hardwiring, removing the 6 pin connector didnt solve anything. Transbrake will only hold with the bump input disabled in tunerstudio. Reached out to efi source and hopi g it's as simple as I think it is. I'm using the pt4 input which ion more investigation is typically used as a vr input. Hoping they just tell me to jump pins to like a nitrous input and it will be gone

Awesome!!!
I went through many pinion seals and found the stock GM ones worked the best. The issue I had was it would only leak when the car was slanted on a hill. After several seals a buddy said to use to heavy thick grease when I put the driveshaft back in. Did this and not a single issue since. Previously I had just been wiping it down with a thin coat of oil and it kept leaking. If it leaks again maybe try this.

Edit: finally got the bump box to work. It was as simple as jumping pins. Car moves the perfect amount on a single bump. Release time of .030 Was having a hard time trying to build more than 5psi on the brake even for extended periods of time. Made the soft limit 100rpm and timing -10 and she builds as much boost as I want and sounds pretty wicked doing so Edit take 2: Took the car out for a 5 mile trip into the country to make a pull. Top of first gear it fell on its face and broke the tps sensor for the second time. Read -26.x% the rest of the way home. After asking in turbo bullet, we figured out they were snapped off internally. From what we believe is being mechanically overextended. Picked up a third sensor. Elongated the holes and spun it about 1/4" clockwise. Reading around .5 volts closed and 4.6 volts wot. That's right in the middle of its range. If it breaks again my thoughts are from the heat of the engine bay, or the throttle shaft leaking pressurizing the tps internals breaking it. So if it breaks again I will be picking up a tci part#377450. It's a remote mount tps sensor that I'll mount inside the car. I fix something and the next thing breaks immediately. I can't seem to win with this car. Starting to get very frustrated, very quickly...

So I picked up a power probe 3. Checked tps voltage and it was still maxing the sensor out. Ended up having to drill new holes for mounting to get .6 volts at idle out of it. Also seen in the connector for the tps that the 5 volt power wire was slid back causing a poor connection. Changed the pin and took the car out for a spin. Completely new car. Never skipped a beat.
Will be back at the track this Friday for those single digit passes. Stay tuned

Here's the video guys. Starter took forever to drop the tree after we were both fully staged, almost burned me down
