ZERO issues on install and none since. I remember it said that too but read where someone before me had no issues. Weird. Won’t ship to CA either. But they will Reno!

All cold air intake kits for our Camaro 5th gens N/A all will dyno within 1-5 rwhp of each other a difference you will never notice unless F/I so, pick the brand cold air intake you would like on your Camaro and what cold air intake company you would like to give your business to. I have always liked the Cold Air Inductions intake system on our 10 SS because we love the design, installation was easy comparing to some brand cold air intakes for our 5th gen Camaro that can be harder to install and may require cutting. Also the Cold Air Inductions intake systems are popular among Camaro enthusiasts and are proven on the dyno to make more rwhp and rwtq over the Genuine GM stock air box.

For what it's worth I have only seen 1 other G5CR CAI which is why I bought it. I wanted something different than everyone else. No problems with check engine light or anything when I installed it.

Ok, there was one, “operator error” you should double check if you go with this. The stock airbox and Z/28 has a ball on the bottom of the bucket. Make sure the damn ball is pushed down in the rubber grommet/socket before you shut the hood!

I prefer the Rotofab CAI, because if you choose to add a supercharger down the line, you can just purchase a different tube (saves a lot of cash).
