I have a strange plaque in my engine bay. It is not like that. Somehow I have the GM handmade plaque like the Z06’s have. Instead it reading LT4 by the intake there is a plaque there.

Bad news is that I didn't look at my fuse box before ordering it. My fuse box top isn't flat. One side of it's cover slopes downward to clear the hood, so I can't mount mine on my fuse box. No worries, I'll use it somewhere else. |

Thanks to all for the responses. I contacted Chevy Performance and of course, they had no info. I have e-mailed Chris and am waiting for a response.

I just got mine from Chris about a week and a half ago. He does a great job with these and is super helpful when deciding what info to include. It took about 2 weeks from the time I contacted him until it was at my house. Very happy with mine.

Got the plaque Chris made for my ZLE. The item is fantastic. I'll be mounting it up today. Just wanted to say that dealing with Chris was a real pleasure. He was very quick to respond to e-mails and once I sent him the necessary data, the plaque was done and on my doorstep via FedEx in a few days. It is so nice to deal with a high quality vendor, especially in today's times, with the flood of crooks you find on the internet. I highly recommend Chris for this product. I received my plaque from Chris on Monday and I couldn't be more pleased!!
With a few stripes of 3M double sided tape its nicely attached to the fuse box lid. |

Chris is great with customer service as well. I had a problem with the first one shipped to me and without hesitation he got another one out to me quickly!
