Emissions Fail

Lets say a friend gets a new 2012 Camaro SS and decides to modify it with long tube headers, high flow cats, full 3 inch exhaust, Vmax throttle body and a Cold air inductions intake. Then proceeds to get a dyno tune and is super excited and loves what the car can do! A year goes by and then.... he forgot he lived in the great state of Utah where they choose to torment the citizens with emissions testing.

Out of curiosity he hooked up a OBDII reader and performed the I/M test and came back with 3 out of 8 Status Not Ready "Fuel" "O2" and "Evap"

All stock components were retained but not the stock tune. Is there a way to make a copy of my current tune and put a stock tune back on the vehicle with the SCT handheld or others?

Are there any other options?
