New Tune, Tap Shift does not work?

Could the person doing my tune turn off tap-shift?

Is there anyway can I make this determination myself or will I need him to do it?

I have a similar issue except it works but it shifts hard. The tuner will need to work it.

Yep, we just went back through the tune and found a couple of issues and the tap shift was turned off.
