Oracle Lighting At The Fest

On Friday I approached a sales person at the Oracle booth and explained I was having trouble with my ghosted side marker lights. She told me they weren't doing any warranty work at the fest; so I told her we were staying in Texas for a few days after the fest and asked if I could get help at the NW Houston store. I was told my only option was to send the lights back by mail, yada, yada, yada.

I was pretty ticked by her uncaring attitude and at that point she made sure the company lost a customer for good and gained an excustomer that would bad mouth Oracle at every opportunity; and the post you are reading would have had a very different tone.

We then went to the next booth. On the table was a nice looking LED shop light. I picked it up and was very interested until I saw it was made by Oracle and I told Tommy and Jody I'd never buy another Oracle product. Tommy asked why and I told him. He said "let's fix this" and went over to the Oracle booth and brought Justin over. Within ten minutes I had a new set of lights professionally installed by Kirk (Tech Specialist).

I told several friends about my encounter and they all wound up spending a wad of money at Oracle. The "show and tell" at the parking lot party that night was interesting with all the new lights, and people didn't have to listen to me complaining. After Justin, Tommy, Kirk and Jody made me a happy camper again, I went back and bought that shop light (great light by the way) and Kirk put in a set of footwell lights for me.

If they'd had the cup holder lights, I would have bought those too

You would think that the first person would have been more willing to help you find a solution for your problem, especially at an event like Camaro Fest. Hopefully she was talked to about this. I'm glad everything worked out for you.

Same happened to my wife. They said they could send her a warranty form on Monday. Their customer service is crap. We tried using then before.

We bought and had everything installed by Phastek and we have never had any issues with Phastek. They'll fix it on the spot, they're just good people.

In this day and age all businesses need to take care of customers before and after the sale. Some people still don't get that. Glad to see you were taken card of.

I've spent thousands with AAC and wish I had received treatment half as positive as you ended up with. My experience with them last year at the fest was awful and to have them complete warranty work was the primary reason I drove from Baltimore to attend. Tiffanie was completely useless to deal with.

Really depends on who you deal with. I've had a couple of issues. They replaced my side markers after they started taking on water(they installed) then one of the reverse lights they installed went out. Their connectors are not the best.

I spoke to Melissa at the tent & they didn't have the tinted reverse lights on the truck. She offered to pick them up in Houston that night and set me up for install the next morning at c5fest. A couple hours later she came running to find me because she found a set after all & got me set up right away. I thought that was nice, I haven't had to have any warranty work done but she did tell me right away they weren't doing any halo installs at fest. Since I'm local I was planning on getting some halos installed in the next few months I hope I don't have any problems in the future.

I have all ORACLE products on my car. At times had small issues, but nothing they couldnt take care of. In fact while down at fest dropped my Concept Mirrors off at the Houston store to have glass buffed or changed since scratched on shipping. Melissa wes extreemly helpful and Justin and Jonathan both were great to talk to during fest. With any mods for the Camaro I dont get in a big hurry. I found this is the key. Everything will get worked out just takes time...Thanks for everything ORACLE great line of products

I had the footwell lights installed on Friday. Friday night at the parking lot I saw so many cool light setups I decided I had to have one of the behind the grill scanner bars.

First thing Saturday morning I went to the Oracle tent to get one and was told they didn't have any. Oh well, no big deal. Then late Saturday I saw someone I knew in the install line. I stopped to ask what he was having installed. Answer, the scanner bar I was told they didn't have. I went back to the Oracle tent and was told again that they didn't have any. I told them that was odd because they had just sold one to someone else.

End result, they did have them and I got one installed. I'm happy with the light and the install. They could have been a little better organized though.

I think there were new employees working, and they had no clue what was going on. We also had issues when we first went to the tent, then we finally found someone that was able to help us, and knew what we were looking for, and lucked into no line on Friday morning, so we were in and out in less than an hour. They also helped my diagnose a problem I was having with my DRL Plasma bulbs.
