Exclamation HELP with Radio Pin out 2013 Camaro SS mylink

Hello All. First thank you in advance for any help!

My question or questions are in the picture I have attached to this thread what is the GPS/Antena Wire here and where does it go exactly? I am a bit conserned as I want to use the Antena to connect to my andriod radio I am wiring in and I got an adapter to connect to it but I show a very small amount of DC Voltage coming from the connection like .030 thousandths of a volt which I know is almost nothing but it is something so I dont want to damage my new radio.

Car has Mylink but no Factory Navigation or backup cam if that matters.

Any way to wire into the Factory GPS antena on the top of the car without voltage? I was thinking I had the right wire here at the back of the stock radio but now I am unsure because of the small voltage. Btw this is with key full on i get the reading.
