I have aftermarket Hurst wheels, not GM wheels, I think they are still plastic, I will check and remove if they are, Thanks!

WE WANT TO RUN THE FULL COURSE!

So...as of June 1, 2017 - prices for the road course alone, and the full weekend package will go up to $245, and $320, respectively. We didn't think it would be fair for people to donate extra money, just to have other people pay the regular price after the fact.

At that time (June 1), we will also be accepting $20 "donations" from all existing road course participants, to offset the price of the longer track. Mike and I will put a little something into it as well...it's only fair.

We will confirm the full course on June 8th. Tell your friends to sign up and pay!
I'm game!

I'm down for donating $20 dollars if that means we get the whole track, the only question I have is how would y'all like for me to send the money?

Registration Email Notice

Everyone should have received an email with the instructions. If the mods don't mind, I've posted the contents below (delete if necessary):

Quote:

Hello!

You are receiving this email because you’ve signed up for the Track Day at the National Corvette Museum Road Course, on Thursday the 13th of July, 2017, in concert with the Camaro Fest VII.

Our event is approaching quickly, and we couldn’t be more excited!

To help expedite check-in Thursday Morning, and choose your run group, we’ve worked with Hooked on Driving to setup a painless registration process that will allow drivers to choose a run group, input vehicle information, and emergency contact info. Please follow the directions below to complete the registration for each driver.

**If your registration is not complete when you come to race on Thursday, we will need you to fill out the forms there.

Important Note: You DO NOT pay Hooked on Driving during this registration process. Only payments accepted by Camaro Fest are valid. If you are receiving this email - then you have already paid.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Click on the link:
http://www.hookedondriving.com/priva...roFestVII_2017

2) Select “Details and Registration” to the right of the NCM Motorsports Park / Camaro Fest VII Track Day title.

3) Read all the details on this page, especially regarding Run Groups, helmets, and passengers.
Notes:
a. Do not overestimate your abilities. Safety comes first: if we feel you belong in a different run group than what you registered with, Camaro Fest and Hooked on Driving reserve the right to change your placement.

b. Helmets must be worn, or you will not be allowed on track. Please do not count on a rental helmet being available.

4) Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Please log in here to continue”

5) Click on “Create a new customer account”, and choose a username and password you can remember.

6) You will be returned to the NCM Motorsports Park / Camaro Fest VII Track Day Page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Select Event”.

7) Select “Continue”

8) Completely fill out the form on this page with as much detail as possible, and click “Continue”.

9) Choose “Complete Order”, and check your Inbox for a confirmation email.

10) Finally, click the link for the Self-Tech Inspection sheet at the top of the email confirmation message. Print this form out, complete it the day before the Track Event, and bring the form with you when you check in at the National Corvette Museum Motorsports Park.

**A tentative schedule is attached to this email**

The address for the Motorsports Park is:

505 GRIMES ROAD
BOWLING GREEN, KY 42101

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out, we’d be happy to help.

We’re looking forward to seeing you in July!!!

Sincerely,
-Joe Bella and Mike Lee
Organizers, Camaro Fest VII
-Don

Send a message via AIM to Mr. Wyndham
Thanks for posting the instructions - just please note:

You must pay via CamaroFest7.com to get it...Hooked on Driving registration alone does not = entry.
