According to BMR, the TCA028 (non-adjustable) is designed for lowered cars ONLY! I had the TCA029 (adjustable) on my car with 17" Welds at stock ride height. The clearance was still very close!!! According to Weld Racing, either one will work.

I bought the adjustables even though my car is a little lower than stock on Hotchkis, and they clear my 17x10 RTS wheels.

BMR ADJUSTABLE LCA

Here are a couple pictures of the adjustable next to the stock. You can see where they are notched to clear the 17" Weld wheels.

I agree, looked into them since I'm changing out parts right now but not in the budget at that price

All depends on how much you wanna run the 17" Weld Wheels. If you're not willing to spend the cash, then you'll have to run 18" or bigger. Or, I suppose, I have seen a few guys modify their stock LCA's. So, if you trust the structural integrity of a "chopped up" stock LCA, you can do that too. If I do decide to sell mine, I could probably save you a bit off that retail price.

Worth every penny too! I run them with my 17" Welds. Why risk tearing up a pair of high dollar wheels? Hold one of the stock arms in your hands and then pick up an adjustable bmr lca, lol, very stoutly built! Replace the stock ones once and be done with it!

I agree with Tornado!!! IMO, if you're willing to buy a Vortech and 3.70 LPE gears, then I don't see why these are so outrageous!!! You're obviously willing to "Pay to Play", but I guess not with your suspension and wheels?!?!? Oh Well....

You could run our BMR non-adjustable LCAs (TCA028) to run the 17" Weld RTS wheels but you would also need to run an adjustable toe rod to be able to get the desired alignment specs. Without running a adjustable toe rod your toe setting will be way far off.

You would be surprised how much it cost to maufacture our adjustable BMR LCA (TCA029). The adjuster and jam nuts alone on the LCA are custom machined for us to be able to take some serious abuse. Plus there are a bunch of plates and tig welding that has to be done on these LCAs to get them in there finished form. These LCAs are one of the more difficult and time consuming parts we make.

This is something we try to preach to people because more times than not you end spending more money and wasting more money then if you just would of bought one of our LCAs in the first place.

Suspension is one of the areas that people tend to forget about on their cars because they are too worried about making X power and Y torque but they soon come to the realization that making that power and torque is useless unless you can pu to the ground.

If you have to buy the adjustable toe rod why even sell the other LCAs? Comes out to about the same price after you buy both.
