Found this on an old 2020 document. Dealer Order Submission Process – The Dealer Order Submission Process (DOSP) is the weekly or bi-weekly order cycle. Starting on Thursdays, dealers can place orders for units allocated to them up until 9 PM Eastern Time on Saturday. Each dealer has a three day window to submit orders during that time frame.

One thing is certain, it would be hard for GM to make the Silverado HD any uglier - so any change will be an improvement by default.
