Best lights for garage....

Hey everyone looking to add some lights to brighten up my garage. All I currently have is the garage door opener light and would like to add some hanging lights and wanted to know what everyone’s suggestions are. Thanks for any help!

Go to Home Depot, Lowes, Menards and get some 3-4 ft Integrated LED Strip Light. Bright, cheap, 29.95, no bulbs to break, last forever, can be chained together or separate pulls. I have them in garage, basement, re-loading area, etc. Take one home and try it. If you don't like it, return it.

I went with a bunch of 6” can lights with high wattage LED bulbs. 44 lights to be exact. This is while it was still under construction.

I got these ones. They are really easy to install. You can daisy chain them together too.

This is what I went with, easy to install, picked up a few at a time and lined the perimeter of the ceiling.

Make sure to check the light color temperature. You want something in the 4000k-5000k range to simulate daylight. Anything lower and you're going to have yellowish lights.
