Garage flooring tile reccomendations
I will be getting my Z51 C7 in about 2 weeks (Just came back from the 9-hour factory tour and saw my C7 being built) and could use some suggestions as to what good garage flooring tiles are out there. There are so many available, it is hard to decide. I have already obtained samples from TechFloor and they seem to be very well made. Thanks!

I used the vinyl sticky back Armstrong brand tile from Home Depot. Seven years later, no problems.

The stick-on vinyl tiles can work, but care needs to be taken to properly prepare the concrete for maximum adhesion. If there is any grease or oily residue or dust/dirt, the tiles won't stick very well. Also, if you have very sticky compound tires, they may actually stick better to the tiles than the tiles stick to the floor, meaning the tiles may peel up as you drive across them, especially if the tires are hot. I've seen this happen in friends' garages. But as Z-07 freak has shown the vinyl tiles can and do work very well.
A couple of other friends have Race Deck plastic tiles in their garages. They too are well made, resist stains, clean up easily and have several textures and a lot of colors available. More expensive than vinyl tiles, but way more durable in the long run.

how does this hold up to water and anything else? My fear is water getting trapped under / between the tiles, eventually causing mold blah blah blah. Since it looks like you have a one car garage, you probably don't have to deal with snow. I would as I have a two bay.

I've got Race Deck also. As for mold, I've gone through one Colorado winter and no problem thus far. It isn't really that hard to put the flooring down ( 1 1/2 hr for two car garage first install that including trimming where the center wall is 1 ft into the garage.) If I thought there was the chance of mold, I'd probably just remove half at a time, clean and then re-install.
