So is it still stock if you add the GM air box, the gmpp mufflers, and the dealer adds them? Or is stock they way they built it, seems to be whatever is still covered under warranty is ok for stock?

This is same idea I was talking about earlier, the LS9 supercharger is/will be available.
The Hurst Shift-Throw Shifter can be ordered (factory installed) and the Body-Color Painted Engine Cover (Dealer Installed Option

In other words, I know people that have painted/customized their engine covers, therefore, it is no longer stock. But if my car was purchased with the painted engine cover it is stock.
If I install the Hurst shifter (not stock), ordered with the Hurst shifter, then it is stock.

The list goes on and on and for the stripe packages also.

I could be wrong, but that's why we are talking about it for clarification.
