My '21 3LT RS has the receiver despite being covered up by the factory fascia. According to the following thread, the LT1's do as well:

Does your receiver have threads? It didn’t look that way, but maybe it was just a shadow hiding them.

Thanks for sending along this information. I almost thinking I should see if I can fit / have made a specialty two piece tow hook in there. Two right angles and being able to screw the hook portion in from below the facia. Definitely not a priority though… just thinking out loud.

I hadn't noticed that the photo had such a smoothbore look, so I went out to the garage to double check. Turns out it was just the angle of the photo hiding the threads - the tow hook mounts up just fine!
