I’m on same boat my car was built on 07/26/21 eta was the 15
It was based on the 4th last anyone can tell me is it’s on a quality control hold since car probably won’t even be here by Labor Day weekend

My car, after sitting in the DV CN rail yard near the Lansing GM Assembly Plant, is finally on the move! Maybe some of y'all's left today too! My OnStar activated again after being off for a couple weeks.

CN = Canadian National which is a partner of KC Southern Rail. It's a large railyard that some Camaros go to after they've left the GM Lansing Assembly Plant.

For OnStar, you can ask your dealer. I purchased my car(instead of putting down an order/deposit) and the dealer had my email to me to set it up the next day. I believe folks have gotten dealers to turn this on for them.

You'll want to download the Chevy app and from there, there is an option to locate the vehicle. It will only work for a few days until the car is started again.

Mine has been in ASN since July 24th but I see that others are bayed the next day or so. Why do some move way faster than others? Maybe got pulled for QC?

Yours status (ASN - no bayed date) is odd enough that you should consider spending the time to call Chevy customer service @ 1 (800) 222-1020 and asking them what is going on... Or ask your dealer to do it.

Transport still doesn’t find VIN .
Was Due at Dealer originally August 9
Dealer said it showed a transportation expiration of August 15 ( never heard of that before) and should be here any time.

I saw a local Michigan news cast with cars everywhere waiting on chips and local dealer lots empty. They all sold the VINS when built but customers haven’t got cars. Crazy , they showed a drone picture of cars everywhere.

I heard …. but can’t confirm (rumor) they were having to move cars from the state fairground so they could have the fair. They are also paying university of Michigan to park in some of their lots. I saw an article online about that.

Hope my ZL1 convertible isn’t sitting in a lot by the football stadium ! Lol

They told me it has shipped, should get it next Tuesday. But still in 4B00 status.

Also does anyone know why some cars off their inventory site say that it is unavailable and to contact the dealer? Did anyone find out if their car was involved in the heist last week at the plant?
