Limited Production Option

LPOs are factory options offered by the manufacturer, factory sets price, parts are sent to the dealer and installed by them and options are covered by the cars factory warranty.

Dealer installed options can be any option the dealer wants to add, the price is set by the dealer and usually not covered by the factory warranty (like rust proofing).
