The only down fall to storing in an enclosed trailer is someone can hook up to it and drive away with it and get your trailer and car. It is actually very common. As far as moisture in them they are either built like crap or not vented right. We used enclosed trailers for snowmobiling and never have moisture issues

This dripping problem was on every brand of enclosed trailer without an insulated roof. Wells Cargo, Look, Pace, Cargo Express, Aluma, H&H, Featherlight, Haulmark, Sure-Trac. I guess none of them knew how to build trailers.

Trailers are designed and built for transport and aerodynamics. The appropriate design to prevent moisture issues when used for storage (not what trailers are designed for) involves a pitched roof which is NOT aerodynamic.

They designed their trailers and built for their intended purpose. Using a trailer for storage involves making a -compromise- because that is not what they were designed for.

And so they drip. Didn’t I say that several messages ago?

Ron, just tell the wife you need to build another garage or her car goes outside for the winter! What could possibly go wrong?

Hey buddy. My garage can actually hold three cars, I’m just sick of looking at this thing in the winter months. I should just move south.
