BMR delivery very disappointing

I was looking forward to racing this weekend. Bought trailing arms and outer bushings from BMR to handle my wheel hop issue. Package arrives yesterday, no bushings. You had ONE thing to do! ONE! Ship what I paid for.

What bushings did you order? If you ordered the super pro bushings I know for sure BMR has none to ship right now and they are about 3-4 weeks back ordered. I ordered the super pro bushings myself and couldn’t hold off since I pushed the old ones out already on my car. I ended up talking to TC at BMR and we changed my trailing arm bushings I ordered to the red poly’s so I wasn’t held up.

Reach out to TC directly and I’m sure he will straighten the issue out.

I would bet UPS lost the bushings before I reached out to BMR. Its a really small, separate box for the bushings. It was entirely UPS's fault when the same thing happened to me. But with that, I did have 2 separate tracking numbers for each package. If your car is a daily driver hopefully you haven't pushed the old bushings out yet..good luck man

They were not sent according to the vendor. This jams me up so bad. No sense putting them on just to remove them when the outer bushings finally show up. I guess I'll be taking the Blazer to the races so I can watch everyone else have fun.

Since you have to wait for them, you could get camber bolts along with them.. then since you'll be lowering the cradle, might as well do cradle bushings, and then it just doesn't end haha

I still havent got around to installing my outer trailing arm bushings. After almost 40 hits at the drag strip, I'm not experiencing any wheel hop, so it's not high on the list of priorities at this point.

would of sounded better if this comment also included a "....and when I reached out to BMR, they said.......". Because coming here and complaining when you could of called and had it resolved or answered quickly accomplishes nothing. but at the same time, I truly understand wanting to vent, and the forum is a great place to do that when frustrated at times.

Hope it gets worked out with you. BMR guys on the forum have always been up front and helpful.

Respectfully disagree sir. The forum is also a great place to establish a reputation and not all experiences can be AAA+. Prospective customers should be able to get fair reviews on all aspects of service. The forums are great for that and many other things IMO
