First Stage ZL1 Mods

I own a 2014 ZL1 M6, with 6,400 miles. It is bone stock. I have purchased a Roto Fab CAI and would like suggestions regarding reasonable bolt on mods that I can add when I install it. I am considering something like the following in adition to the CAI:

- L220050709 Camaro ZL1 Overdrive Harmonic Balancer Kit
- L220060709 Camaro ZL1 5% Overdrive Balancer Pulley
- L250150309 Lingenfelter Camaro ZL1 LSA LS9 10 bolt Supercharger Pulley Hub
- L220300709 Lingenfelter Camaro ZL1 LSA 2.55 8 Rib 10 Bolt Pulley
- L960130709 Lingenfelter Supercharger Isolator Coupling LS9 LSA Engine
- K080660 8 Rib Poly V Belt For 5% Overdrive Pulley & 2.55 Upper Pulley 67.0 inches
- L310065307 Lingenfelter 160 Degree Thermostat
- L730100309 Bosch LS9 LSA 63 lb Fuel Injectors

Thoughts and suggestions are appreciated. Assuming that I make the modification myself, I assume that a tune will be required (correct?).

Thanks... Bob

Good list. A few thoughts though:

1. I would add long tube headers or else you won't get the max results out of the pulleys.

2. Definitely going need to reinforce your supercharger brick especially with that pulley combo. Bricks have been known collapse at stock boost even. Easy to do considering you'll have it taken apart for the solid isolator anyhow.

3. I suggest bigger injectors. 1000cc/95 lb minimum to give yourself a higher ceiling. I'm not even sure 662cc/63 lbs will be enough for what you're already planning.

4. You'll need a boost-a-pump (BAP) at minimum to help the stock fuel pump too. Or get an aux fuel pump like DSX makes. Your stock pump will not keep up with anything more than a 10% pulley.

5. Yes all of that especially the injectors and pulleys will require a tune.

A few things to note-

You would be best served by doing all of the things you can to the stock blower at once, and that will require a few things that you didnt list.

Brick reinforcement
2.55 pulley
Solid isolator
The only other thing you could do would be porting the blower. Id suggest going that while its off the car, but its going to cost $1500ish.

Dont bother with the balance until you get a cam. A good balance and pulley is maybe $700- Id get fuel system upgrades done first.

Dont bother with the LS9 injectors. Not enough capacity.
Youll want something like the 1050x or larger.

A solid isolator is and an injector upgrade are a must. Usually a 2.5 pulley will max the stock injectors out alone. 1000cc is a good start, if you want to run E I'd go 1300cc. Long tubes are a good idea as well, the stock manifolds and cats are pretty restrictive. Hit us up and we can set you up with a package deal for everything needed.
