Subscribed threads problems

Hi, on all the other forums I'm a member of when I post in a thread it automatically subscribes to it for me. Making it easy for me to check up on threads I've posted in by clicking User CP. I've been trying to figure out how to do that on this site, but without luck. Is it not doable or am I overlooking something?

Its under usercp - edit options - Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default.
Its about 1/2 way down the page.

You can set thread subscriptions to instant, daily, weekly, or none. This will apply to every thread you post in. Additionally, there are manual options. You can subscribe to any sub-forum and receive daily or weekly notification, this is accesed under "forum tools" and you can subscribe to individual threads without posting in them under "thread tools". Lastly, if you want to change subscriptions for an individual thread you are posting in (such as having a general setting of daily, but following a particular topic weekly or instantly) you can change it under 'go advanced' and scroll down below the text window.
