No, if the salt washes away and I don’t get more snow I will try another dealer in a couple weeks. Did yours start after the sway bar install? If so maybe something is just not seated correctly? That’s what I think my issue is since it started on day 2 of owning the car. I doubt anything is worn.

I think the issue started with the sway bars. First I thought the sound was coming from the front. The problem I thought was the torque spec listed was wrong on the GM performance kit I bought with the sway bars. I used blue loctite and torqued the front bottom link to 96 ft/lb per the service manual. I also retorqued the top to be everything from the factory was tight.
Now when I enter my same driveway, only sometimes does it make that popping noise as I approach at a 45 degree angle. I am going to try and torque the rear end links this weekend with blue loctite. The torque spec on those is way less (30-40 ft/lb), but I was being lazy and didn't have room with the car on the ground to get torque wrench on it. I am going to re-torque every bolt related to the sway bars. Let us know what you find out. I'm particularly interested since mine is also a 2023.

I think I found my issue. I checked the rear sway bar mounting brackets and I don't think I torqued them down enough. The right side was very loose and not even torqued. They specify 43 ft/lb torque for these but since they were only 10mm bolt I was suspect on cranking them down. I probably only had 20 ft/lb on them max. The front bracket bolts only take 16 ft/lb, but they go directly into the sub frame. The rears have a welded nut.
My best guess is when the car went on 3 wheels in the driveway it caused some movement and clanking. If it continues, I'll re-torque the end links because my new crowsfeet haven't arrived yet.
