I just purchased a 2017 1le in in hyper blue. It has 18k miles and is completely stock. It is in transit from FL to CO as we speak. Are there any issues with this car that I need to be aware of?

Nope, if it was maintained well, you should be golden. You may want to change the trans fluid if the 1-2 or 2-3 shifts are too notchy, and of course you also probably want a skip shift eliminator (see one of the options here) if the car doesn't already have one.
