Looks like $42 UPS ground from the UPS site.

It's on ebay so you probably can get an accurate estimate from the listing.

How do they mount? Inside part (closest to car) looks like they should slide in somewhere? Do these Mount underneath stock rockers? ZL1 rockers? A h idea?

These mount under the stock rocker panels. The clips slide on the stock rocker, line up the new rockers to correct location and personally I would clamp in place and mark/drill holes for the screws. There is two sided tape also.

These Ikon style rockers were never mounted. I ended up buying ZL1 rockers.
