See below.
Correct. 130 degrees is max. Likely it's maxing out the pump causing the drop in rail pressure.

so did some logging with the angle and % at 5.4 idc pw its 122 deg at 27.5% rail pressure is down to average 2500 to 2600, 2900 commanded

What yall think? It has to drop down to 4.9 or 5 to get to 2900. low side steady at 73

What AFR? I am surprised the DI system is working that hard with 50gph of meth. Either way you are ok where it's at, just close to the limits is all.

I dont know the name maybe katech, but another company makes a bigger bore HPFP you can upgrade to. I think its super expensive. Or equally more expensive would be port injection. Just get the cam.

Try turning the low side pressure up to 80-82psi. The LT4 stuff at 2900psi likes a lot of low side pressure to help it sustain. You might need to upgrade from a single intank pump with JMS to get there.

So let me make sure im understanding this correctly. the 6 ms is about injection time. having enough time to get the fuel in time for it to work correctly.

If it goes to say 5.5 or so and even though the high pressure is droping some it will try to compensate by keeping the injector open longer keeping things at commanded but getting on the ragged edge and if the high pressure drops too much injectors go past 6 and then it could be out of fuel and be lean.

Even though my high side drops to around 2500 at 5.5 and lamda or afr is still good Its good right?

Yes...People mention pressure drop as a point of reference as to where the weaklink might be in the system. The main thing is that the fuel is delivered within the 6ms. after that the fuel isn't burnt efficiently and you end up with some unburnt fuel going out the exhaust. It gets worse the higher above 6.0 the pulsewidths get.
