ZL1 1LE Brake rotor min thickness?

Can someone confirm the minimum (discard) thickness for the front and rear OEM rotors? Thanks.

no one is going to machine them these days so replace if they appear questionable (severely cracked or warped)

FYI to those that will replace the rotors. The front and rear caliper mounting bolts are TTY. You can go to a website called screamin chicken and buy the front and rear bolts (together) for $30. Those are reusable and are as good as the OEM ones.

The caliper bolts are torque to angle, not torque to yield. They are not one time use and the service manual says they are reusable with high temp/high strength threadlocker.

I looked at the service manual via AC Delco TDS back in January by using my BCD equipped VIN, and the manual was not updated to show the BCD front rotor specs.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but may I ask what service manual this is from? Is it the ACDelco TDS subscription? I still can't believe Helm doesn't have a 2019 service manual available yet.

Yep, I looked at getting a print service manual and found what you did. Go here:

https://www.acdelcotds.com/subscriptions

I bought a 3 day subscription to the GM service manuals, I downloaded over 1200 pages for my '22 Camaro and my 3 other vehicles. It's $22 for 3 day access.

Thanks for that.. As far as I knew, they were TTY. But TTA are reusable, to a point.
