I just painted my rear brakes with POR-15. It's easy and comes in a package with cleaner,wash,primer,paint. Around $40. or so. I did it in a week-end just jack up the rear end and paint.

According to its website, MGP Caliper Covers makes caliper covers for the Camaro. You could try contacting them if you don't want to paint the OEM calipers.
