Luckily I was able to source PLP on temporary basis. Have to find a permanent solution with in few months. If not, I'm Planning to do the same thing as yours.

Looking forward for the install this weekend.

Thanks for the input though.

LOL, Yeah, Sorry I miss-typed there. Actually. I'm going to have to wait until I pull the system to know what the hell I'm looking at. I'm thinking test pipe to replace the secondary (not primary). But I need to pull all this first. Who knows what the hell I'll need exactly at this point with these Aussie headers.

If you come to California and park on the street overnight, the crackheads will remove them for you! For free!!

Best way to solve your issues? Get some headers…

Primary cat deletes. They used to have sales often but for the last six months or so the prices have remained the same which makes sense for today’s times.

So I called few exhaust shops in Ohio ( around Columbus area ) and ever one just shot me down saying its illegal and they can't do it. I don't want to cut the factory system.

Has anyone did a self install of the new corsa x-pipe (deleting 2nd cat) without cutting the OEM system ? With just off the shelf parts ? If so, can some one post the links of parts to order ?

your help will be much appreciated. PLEASEEE !!!

Also, I'm totally aware of the fact that the 2nd cat delete will only increase minor amount of sound. I have installed and driven awe track system with AWE link pipes on my buddies SS 1LE and also, driven another buddie's ZLE with Corsa Xtreme without 2nd cat delete. personally, I felt the 2nd cat deletes add more crackles and pop and I simply enjoy and love that.

Thanks again.

Pics for attention and I'm cherishes those care free days. lol
Hey addaboy5, this may be slightly off topic, but potentially relevant. You mentioned track days in your original post so I thought I would share my experiences. I'm running Kooks headers with Kooks catted connection pipes into the stock NPP exhaust and have been black flagged for noise at Atlanta Motorsports Park and NCM at last year's Camaro Fest. You may want to verify that your proposed mods won't be an issue at any tracks you frequent. I guarantee that a catless Corsa system will be louder than my car, so be sure to rig up some Laguna pipes or baffles if you're planning to do NCM at Camarofest!
It should be noted that I've done several other tracks without issue.

Thanks L78toLT1 ! I'm local to Ohio, Columbus to be specific. Mid-Ohio and Nelson's ledge shouldn't pose any concern towards modded exhaust system's sound. I have been to NCM in 2020 and I must say it's an amazing track. However, I don't think I would be re-visiting NCM anytime soon, especially with a 8 month old baby. I'm planning to do 3 track weekends this year and all of them would be local only. But thanks again for heads up. Really appreciate it.

Is that a thing now at so many tracks? How disingenuous, where else should someone stretch the legs of their cars? And then those "take it to the track" people wonder why street racing is ever more popular...
