Tuck the day off work, and went for a drive in the car, went for a good 9 Hr drive, went east for 3Hr up to the high Country 6000-7000 ft, the south for 1:30 and hit rain, that was not fun, car Has great tires for dry weather, but there not ment to be driven in the rain at all.
Stopped off to see some friends in Phoenix and had a friend bring down his new ZL1 1LE we had fun and then it was back on the road, other then ran the drive was fun, fast lol put on 550 mi and got to know the car, so far it all I was hoping for. |

On Friday we learned that at this moment with testing only on 2 ZL1 1LE the strut towers are welded in at the bottom, not like the rest of the cars that are spot welded in, is this new to that car or all 18 cars? time will tell.

Went for a nice drive Saterday to the first camarocon, what a nice turnout over 350 Camaros came to this it was out at Temecula Ca, put on by sledgehammer70 and his group.
For this car it was the second long trip of over 550 mi in one day, all I can say is the seats are just right, no back pain after that much seat time, and car wants to run hard, no high temps showing, its really running colder then I was thinking it will so congrats on that GM, more info soon. |
