Speedo recalibration needed when installing 1LE wheels and tires?

I have a 2010 SS and I'm putting on 1LE wheels and tires. Supposedly the 285/35/20 tires are about .8" smaller in diameter than what comes stock on the SS. Has anyone recalibrated their speedo after installing this setup?

They say that if you're within 3% of the original tire diameter then you're fine (60 mph would read 58 mph or 62 mph, depending if you go smaller or bigger). 285/35's are less than 3% smaller than the original so the speedo error will be minimal, so if it's going to cost extra $ to calibrate it then, personally, I wouldn't bother.
