Older Vehicle Price Guide

I'm contemplating selling off some of my older "fleet" members. Is there a good price guide out there that takes into account all of the variables associated with older autos? I've got an individual interested in my '78 Jimmy and if (a big IF) I decide to sell it to him I'd like to get a fair price for it.
