Exclamation Help clean exhaust tip

I have chrome tips and they get really black. It's gotten to the point where never dull isn't working to clean off some of the more stuck on dirt. What's the best polish or cleaner u guys know of? I miss my perfectly clean old tips

Begin by cleaning with an APC.

then polish with a metal polish (I like Adams here) but any would work.

then use a sealant (again I like Adams here, their QS), apply 2-3 coats. I like the QS as it's a spay on.

After this cleanup becomes much, much ealiser, usually soap and water is enough.

Wash with soap and water to get the majority of the gunk off.... THEN.... I "polish" with aluminum foil and....WHITE VINEGAR.
Gets them looking like new!!
I hope this helps.

I use 3M adhesive remover and 0000 gauge steel wool. Works perfectly.
