HP Tuners issue, no WOT

alright - so... Vortech on SS 1LE.

Tuner has everything installed, says it drives great, but he cannot get it to stay WOT on dyno.

uses HP Tuners - he's an expert and I know he'll get it figured out, but I thought I'd ask the community if their tuners ran into this at all to save some time.

My car never shows more then 87% on SCT software with the ProCharger.

I'm told it's normal

honestly i have no idea and probably dont have all the details, but this guy has been doing many LT1, this is his first 2017 though and it appears GM did something different with 17 ecu's.
