Another gorgeous Camaro I'd take home in a heartbeat. I'm starting to wonder how many and what kind of options they are going to have. This is going to be fun and hell at the same time having to pick and choose the options....there will probably be so many cool things to do/get.

I think the RS will make it back dont know if it will have hideaways (which i hope they do) i heard from a pretty reliable source. Fbodfather
Hi Rich! The RS is a very important part of Camaro history. I think you will see it return. I, too, love the hideaway headlights......not only on the Camaro, but on the Corvette and the Caprice of 1968 and 1969. That said - they are very difficult to execute. There is the weight issue (huge) - and then there are issues with different types of lighting. Keep in mind that our hideaway lights featured sealed beam headlamps.......those are pretty much a thing of the past. That said -- lighting can be made much smaller -- so I think you may like what you see in the future. |

Hey, has anyone heard any news about them producing a Z/28 RS? I remember reading a few months ago that this might not even be an option this time around. What a shame...sure would like to get a matching twin for my '69.

No news about RPO combos. There isn't anything official released about any SS, RS or Z28 yet
I'd take some hide-away headlamps for sure
