I have some cheap pacesetter 17/8" I got for about $350new from Summit over a year ago. Easy to install, work great and well worth the price. They don't look too great now that the temp paint burned off but if looks are that much of an issue you can always dish out a few extra bucks for their coated headers.

If you want them to fit properly and last where you will never have to worry about corrosion, you'll want to get a high quality system like Stainless Works, Kooks or American Racing. If you are not planning to add boost, 1 7/8 will be ideal.
We can get you pricing on any of these if you'd like. |

For the money TSP is nearly impossible to beat. Ive installed about 4-5 sets and have the process down to 2 hours without a lift.
$520+ shipping for headers connection pipes gaskets and o2 extensions. |

The OP said “with cats.” Speed engineering headers are catless unless you get cats from somewhere else.
But yes, they are a budget friendly header that will perform just as good as any other brand. After all, we are talking about bent metal tubing...
